According to String Theory, the universe operates within 10 dimensions . This is in direct opposition to the widely held belief that we humans inhabit three dimensions of space and one dimension of time (and only two of these dimensions can be perceived with our eyes) .

A so-called "Theory of Everything," scientists have argued about String Theory since the 1960's --proving and then disproving it again and again .
